Our Return Policy


1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked “delivered”  to request a return.  We can’t accept returns or process refunds for items sent back after this 30-day period, so be sure to reach out if you need assistance before the window closes.

2. Requirements for Valid Returns

To ensure your return is processed without delays, your items must meet these simple criteria:
Unworn & Unwashed: Items should be free of stains, deodorant marks, or signs of wear. Trying on a tee or shorts at home is totally fine.
Original Tags Intact: All brand hangtags, size labels, and care tags must stay attached. This disqualifies the item from being returned.
Original Packaging : Please return items in their original packaging  when available. 

3. Exchange Process
We don’t offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style swaps. Instead, here’s how to get the perfect piece:

1. Place a new order for the item you want .
2. Request a return for the original item following the steps below.

4. Return Shipping Costs: 
Shipping responsibility depends on why you’re returning the item
- Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong product, we’ll cover 100% of return shipping. 
- Your Responsibility: For “change-of-mind” returns , you’ll pay for return shipping. Note: Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. How to Start a Return
Don’t ship items back without prior approval. Follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Email our support team at returns [email protected] with: (1) your order number, (2) the name of the item(s) you want to return, and (3) a clear reason for the return.

2. If the item is defective or damaged, attach 2–3 clear photos.

3. Our team will reply within 24 business hours to confirm if your return is approved. We’ll also send detailed instructions, including where to ship the package and how to use a prepaid label.
