Applicable Currencies
For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, all products are priced and charged exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD). For orders shipped to addresses within Canada, all products are priced and charged exclusively in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selection at the top of the Website is provided solely for your convenience to display prices. It does not change the final transaction currency,
which is always determined by your shipping destination (USD for U.S. orders and CAD for Canadian orders).
If your payment card is issued in a country or currency different from the one used for your order, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreigntransaction fees. Such fees are imposed solely by your financial institution and are
not collected by J Kayiwa Studio.
Payment Authorizations and Charges
When you submit an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This hold is not a formal charge but a verification of sufficient funds. The actual charge to your card will only be processed once your order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment.

Refund Procedures
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used when placing the order. This timeline may vary slightly depending on the policies of your bank or card issuer.
