1.Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.Canadian orders are subject to local import rules, duties, and taxes set by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and other authorities. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2.Processing Time: 1–3 business days (no weekends/holidays). Canadian orders may take an extra 1–2 days for customs docs/shipping verification.
3.Delivery Estimates:
U.S. (Standard): 5–10 business days post-dispatch
Canada: 10–25 business days post-dispatch (varies by location)
4.Carriers: U.S. orders via USPS; Canadian orders via USPS International. Tracking number emailed post-shipment. U.S. tracking may end at customs—check local carriers for updates.
5.Tracking: U.S. tracking updates in real time. Canadian tracking may take 48 hours to activate; updates slow after leaving the U.S. (use local postal site).
6.. Duties & Taxes (Canada)
For orders shipped to Canada, duties, GST/HST, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges may be collected by customs authorities or the carrier at the time of delivery.
These amounts are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are not charged by J Kayiwa Studio .
Because these charges are collected and retained by customs or the carrier, they are not refundable by J Kayiwa Studio, even if an order is returned.

7.Lost/Delayed Packages:
U.S.: Check household/neighbors; contact USPS. Report within 7 days of marked delivery.
Canada: Allow 5–7 extra days; check local post/customs. Report within 14 days of marked delivery.
