Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We cannot process refund requests submitted after this timeframe.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unaltered, and free from signs of use;
- All original tags, labels, or attachments intact;
- Returned in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or final sale restrictions—these exclusions are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
We do not offer direct exchanges for different specifications or variations at this time.
If you require an alternative option, please place a new order and initiate a return for your original purchase to receive a refund.
For orders confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion, following verification.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders: We cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where available) to simplify the process.
- Change-of-Mind Returns (e.g., incorrect selection, no longer needed): The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

- A detailed reason for the return;
- Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged).
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days, confirm eligibility, and provide step-by-step return instructions. Do not ship items without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Once we receive and verify your returned item meets our eligibility criteria, we will send you an email update. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account—this timeline is beyond our control.
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated 5–10 business days:

For orders shipped to Canada, any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or delivery carriers are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
When an eligible return is approved:
- We will refund the order amount (minus any applicable return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error);
- Original delivery fees will only be refunded if required by Canadian law and the return stems from our mistake (e.g., defective item, incorrect fulfillment);
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at delivery are not included in the refund, as we do not collect or retain these charges.
